1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88piso ("88piso," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88piso online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://88piso.org and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 88piso Platform.

88piso reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 88piso Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. 88piso employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice, with all associated balances forfeited.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 88piso account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 88piso immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat. 88piso will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your failure to promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring. 88piso reserves the right to investigate any reported unauthorized access and may temporarily suspend your account during such investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 88piso Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 88piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted where available.

The following payment methods are strictly not accepted on 88piso:

• Cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, or any other digital asset.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine payment regulations.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. 88piso reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times that vary depending on the payment method selected. 88piso is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 88piso does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds deposited from an account not belonging to the registered player may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

88piso may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

9. Limitation of Liability

88piso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88piso account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88piso does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88piso Platform shall first be submitted to 88piso's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

88piso operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that 88piso has acted in violation of applicable gaming regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate channels.

11. Termination and Account Closure

88piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 88piso, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.
